Rostorps homeowner´s association was formed in Malmö in 1922. Rostorp is located between Smedjekullsgatan and Beijers park on Kirseberg. The name of the association is taken after the farm Rostorp, whose owner was Anders Rosander. The association was formed by Frans Rosander, who was also the first president in 1922-1957.

Every fifth year since the formation in 1922, the association celebrated anniversary celebrations. 2007 was celebrated the 85th anniversary. Typical of the association is a great gardening interest. This has resulted in a number of garden exhibitions as well as excursions and courses. The purpose of the association is to establish a closer association between the villagers in Rostorp in order to safeguard and promote their common interests and to promote the sense of belonging.
