Södra journalistföreningen

The Southern Journalist Association was formed in 1902 under the name of the Swedish Journalist Association's Southern Circuit. In 1950, this trade union for journalists, founded in 1901, changed names to the Swedish Journalist Association. When the Southern Circuit also changed the name of the year, the name of the South Journalist Association was chosen. Today, the federation is divided into 23 districts. To become a member, you must be a freelancer or a permanent employee of a Swedish or Swedish media. The Journalist Union publishes the newspaper "Journalist" and the official press cards of the reporters.
