Senare under denna sommar 1903 flyttar Svenska Strå- och Filthattfabriken och dess direktör Axel Berling från Morescohuset in i det nybyggda grannhuset Valhalla. Bröderna Bendtz´ Språk- och Handelsinstitut har alldeles nyligen flyttat hit till Morescohuset från Baltzarsgatan 1. Vykort avsänt 1905-05-29. |
